Life can be overwhelming, especially when there is so much turmoil and pain in the world. Like you, we at the Tribal Trust have been devastated to see the latest news out of Ukraine, and are moved by the  resilience of the brave men and women fighting for their democratic freedom. It is true that we are all being challenged each day to follow our heart and not get distressed by the constant breaking news, that is out of our control. In these trying times, we must do what we can to take care of ourselves and others. As you will read below in his own words, Wolf Martinez has wisdom to empower us to be kind and take action to help heal ourselves and our world.

As a highly respected body therapist and ceremonial, life council, and retreat leader, he began his journey to reconnect with his indigenous heritage (Diné & Ute) as well as wisdom traditions from Lakota teachers at age thirteen. No matter how old you are, it is never too late to learn how to live in harmony with nature and each other. Join us on the TTF’s journey to learn from and support indigenous peoples in preserving their cultures. Our mission to share Indigenous wisdom provides practical ways to take better care of ourselves and our world. In reciprocity and gratitude, TTF supports the Indigenous people who share their wisdom.

In Gratitude,
Barbara

 WISDOM WEAVINGS

Remember that as dark as the dark may seem in these days, the Light is even brighter. What is being perpetuated in the greater collective right now is the dark. But I advise you to simply turn and look in the other direction, at the blessings, awakening, and values of Relationship, Unity, and Oneness that are being felt by all. I can speak how the prophecies from Indigenous peoples around the world have helped me see this time from a perspective that real change for All Humanity is inevitable. Many will fall in the process. We are at a cross road. One path is the path of fear and destruction, the other path is of love and creativity. That we are being moved toward a time of the next phase of human evolution. A time of non duality and Great Peace for the next 1000’s of years to come.

Currently we are in the transition period… Initiation. Do not be afraid, be grateful. You agreed to be here now before you came into this incarnation. This will help in keeping your head clear, and heart open, to listening, and hearing what is underneath and above all the anxiety and fear in the collective. Stand firm in solidarity, with your head up and heart open. This also is powerful in keeping your immune system vibrant and healthy.  As we know, stress is the leading cause of so many of our ailments. BREATH IN deep for several minutes, into the belly, and let the exhale fall simply—for several minutes or more a day. Focus your mind on that you wish to cultivate and nurture in your life. On Love and Gratitude. Move forward into clear alignment with that love and allow creativity to flow through you.  Simply be kind to yourself, and every single person that you come across. Fill yourself up every day, so you have much to give.

Mitakuye Oyasin,
Wolf
