Small beach chair, container of Water, drum or rattle, sun hat
and your best intentions for honoring our global waters.
Men: Please also bring a small candle in glass container

We will be doing practices to cultivate coherent focused intention including
rhythmic drumming and then at 11:00- 11:22 holding silence to join in with the
wave of global intention. We have chosen the Equinox to invoke a balance
between the sacred feminine and masculine.
